I first met Charlotte on an unhurried, rainy afternoon. Her gaze was steady and thoughtful as she told me the story of stepping away from the life of the office to begin modeling. She traded spreadsheets for the soft light and was savoring each second.

In a way, this shoot with her was part of the inspiration for the Quiet Moments series; I just didn’t know it yet.
